Job Description
As a CNA/HHA at Care With LOVE, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting clients' health and well-being, administering medications when required, and maintaining accurate care documentation.
Job Responsibilities
As a CNA/HHA at Care With LOVE, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients' health conditions and care needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients while reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care
- Promoting independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
- Washington Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License or Washington Home Health Aid (HHA) License – Required
- Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, preferred
Pay Rate
$19–$20 per hour, depending on the type and duration of the shift.
