LA Fitness seattle Aurora is seeking a Membership Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our club and support our members’ fitness journeys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in fitness, sales, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and prospective members
- Conduct club tours and present membership options
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and referrals
- Build relationships within the local community
- Participate in club marketing and promotional events
- Help prospective members find the membership option that best fits their goals
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional club environment
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, or marketing experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- Evening and weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16.66 per hour + commission + bonuses

Expected earnings for motivated team members typically range from $50,000–$70,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.
