The Manufacturing Engineer supports our production operations by developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes. This individual contributor role will play a key part in supporting the efficiency, safety, and quality of manufacturing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive improvements.
A successful candidate must be able to:

Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, tools, and documentation.

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work centers within the ERP/MRP system.

Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support daily manufacturing operations.

Identify and help implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.

Support new product introductions by participating in process development, documentation, and training.

Conduct time studies, process capability analysis, and data collection for production performance.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for process issues.

Assist in the selection, procurement, and installation of new equipment and tooling as needed.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
