The Experience Coordinator plays a key role in shaping a welcoming, energetic, and member-focused environment within the branch lobby. This position is responsible for coaching and motivating front-line retail staff to consistently deliver exceptional service. The role fosters a culture of service and sales excellence, supports operational effectiveness, and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Member Experience: Provide daily coaching and motivation to front line retail staff. Inspire the team to deliver UNexpected and delightful member experience during every interaction. Build a culture where members feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Foster strong collaboration between front-line staff, branch leadership, and other internal departments.

Performance & Engagement Oversight: Monitor and support front-line activities to positively impact key performance metrics including cross sales, compliance, and member satisfaction. Oversee lobby engagement and develop strategies to reduce member friction and enhance overall service flow. Align team activities with the overall member experience strategy.

Product Knowledge & Cash Operations: Serve as a go-to resource for front-line products, services, and procedural knowledge. Encourage continuous learning to boost staff expertise and service delivery. Oversee vault operations, including cash ordering, balancing, and machine accuracy. Ensure adherence to all cash procedures and operational policies.
Who We’re Seeking:
- 3-5 years’ of banking experience, including significant experience working directly on a teller line.

Previous experience as a Head Teller, Teller Supervisor, Senior Teller, or in a similar branch/teller leadership role preferred.

Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with high integrity, accountability, and dependability.

A high school education or GED
