Join our expanding manufacturing team as a Mixing Operator. In this capacity, you will manage mixing machinery and blend powdered ingredients to meet precise production requirements, while overseeing the manufacturing workflow. Your contributions are vital to maintaining high standards of safety, product quality, and operational productivity.
You will be tasked with handling raw materials, overseeing batches, managing documentation, and assisting with daily output targets within our facility. This role provides a great chance to enhance your mechanical abilities while contributing to a consistent, collaborative workplace.
Working Hours-
First Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Compensation-
Hourly rate of $20.00

Utilize mixing machinery to combine powdered components in alignment with production guidelines

Adhere strictly to established batch formulas and operational directives

Utilize necessary safety gear, such as respirators, during the handling of powdered substances

Oversee production cycles to ensure all quality benchmarks are consistently achieved

Execute routine equipment calibrations and resolve minor technical issues

Supply mixing apparatus with necessary raw ingredients

Regularly manage and transport materials weighing between 30 and 40 pounds

Record production data and maintain accurate logs via digital systems
-
Uphold a tidy and structured workspace to promote operational efficiency

Comply with all safety protocols and manufacturing regulations to ensure a secure environment

Report operational challenges to management and colleagues to facilitate team problem-solving
-
Support the broader production team by taking on additional tasks as needed
Requirements and Competencies-
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is advantageous

Possess foundational mechanical skills and the ability to diagnose equipment issues

Competency in basic computer operations

Capacity to perform tasks within a dusty manufacturing setting

Ability to utilize a respirator as dictated by safety requirements

Capable of consistently lifting items between 30 and 40 pounds
