At Leon's Garage and House of Spirits, hospitality is about more than serving great food and drinks. It's about creating places where people gather, celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. Every guest who walks through our doors should leave feeling like they experienced something worth talking about.
We're looking for a proven hospitality leader who believes exceptional guest experiences begin behind the scenes with strong operations, disciplined financial management, clear expectations, and an engaged team.
This is not a desk job. It's a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching managers, celebrating wins, solving problems in real time, and knowing the numbers well enough to make smart business decisions every day.
If you lead by example, enjoy developing people, embrace accountability, and believe every guest should leave happier than when they arrived, we'd love to meet you.
