Part-Time Weekend Jewelry Sales Associate – Boston Markets
YINFENYA INC. is hiring energetic and reliable Part-Time Weekend Jewelry Sales Associates to represent our fashion jewelry brand at markets, pop-up events, and community events throughout the Boston area.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour + individual sales commission
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays; weekend availability required
Location: Boston, MA – In person
What You'll Do
- Proactively approach and engage customers at our jewelry market booth
- Recommend necklaces, earrings, rings, and other fashion jewelry based on customers' style and preferences
- Help customers try on products and confidently guide purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size
- Explain promotions and close sales
- Process card and cash payments accurately through Square POS
- Set up and maintain an attractive, organized jewelry display
- Perform opening and closing inventory counts
- Maintain accurate control of merchandise, sold items, cash, and POS transactions
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown
- Follow company inventory, cash-handling, and loss-prevention procedures
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who can sell, not simply supervise a booth.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Previous jewelry sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling accessories, fashion, beauty, boutique, or other customer-facing retail products
- Confidence proactively approaching customers
- Strong product recommendation, upselling, and closing skills
- Reliability and consistent weekend attendance
- High integrity and strong inventory responsibility
- Accurate cash-handling and POS skills
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented appearance

Selected candidates may participate in a paid trial shift before final placement.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys jewelry and fashion, is comfortable initiating conversations with customers, and takes pride in achieving sales results while maintaining accurate control of company merchandise.
