What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform service repairs, replacements, remodel work, and new installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts.
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a professional, trustworthy manner.
- Complete job documentation accurately using a company-issued tablet.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
- Deliver the level of craftsmanship and customer service that reflects the Intown Plumbing standard.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Journeyman Plumbing License.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience servicing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively.
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with new construction or remodel plumbing.
- Manufacturer certifications or specialized plumbing training.
- Backflow, gas, or other industry certifications.
- Experience mentoring apprentices or helper technicians.
