Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Achieves customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency and unsurpassed service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential problems to maintain equipment reliability.

Effectively diagnose and repair all types of commercial water treatment equipment.

Conduct water analysis and bacteria testing.

Inspect and Install water treatment systems.

Work with equipment vendors to properly identify necessary parts for system repairs.

Communicate problems to customers and provide them with the appropriate solutions.

Timely submission of daily paperwork and service reports.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- High School or equivalent required. A vocational or associate degree in mechanical systems or a similar field is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years' experience (commercial experience preferred)

Mechanically talented with good problem-solving skills a must.

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive a company-issued vehicle.

Should be flexible in your schedule and be able to work as part of a team.

Able to pass a pre-employment substance screening and background check.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Willingness and desire to provide our clients with a superior customer service experience.
Physical Demands:
- Work is mostly performed in an outdoor setting with some tasks in an office environment.

Hand-eye Coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.

Frequently required to stand and talk or hear, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell.

Work Environment:
