Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
The Spa at South Bay Plastic Surgeons is a premier medical spa offering advanced aesthetic treatments in a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a friendly, polished, and dependable Medical Spa Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our practice expands.
Schedule
- Monday: 8-hour shift
- Wednesday: 5-hour shift
- Saturday: 8-hour shift
Additional hours may become available as the practice grows.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling, appointment inquiries, and general questions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a seamless visit
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks and front office operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Medical spa or aesthetic practice experience is a plus but not required
