Pay range: $73,945 - $120,165 / year

To manage day-to-day financial operations for assigned divisional areas within the institution. To provide detailed financial analysis and projections to senior management, implement policies and procedures related to financial operations, and recommend changes that will accrue to the institution's profitability. May serve as a resource to the senior department management for data analysis and interpretation, billing information, cost accounting information and financial accounting systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

Knowledge of practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data

Ideal candidate will possess:

Healthcare Finance or Accounting experience

Masters in Business, Hospital Administration, or related field

Pharmacy experience a huge plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
