About the Position
We are looking for Machine Operators to join a manufacturing facility in Carrollton, Texas. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures.
- Monitor equipment during production and report malfunctions or irregularities.
- Perform basic machine adjustments when necessary.
- Inspect product quality throughout the production process.
- Complete required production records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating machinery or production equipment.
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required.
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment.
- Basic English is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work approximately 60 hours per week.
- Availability to work on-site in Carrollton, Texas.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- 40 regular hours plus 20 guaranteed overtime hours per week.
- Monthly productivity bonus, based on KPI achievement.
- Temporary housing assistance may be available at the beginning of employment, subject to evaluation and availability.
