Paramount Placement is a growing nationwide recruiting firm looking to add multiple Client Services Representatives to our internal Client Services Team.

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable making approximately 60+ outbound client calls per day
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone with strong communication and active listening skills
- Able to remain calm during difficult conversations, gather information, reassure clients, and escalate concerns through the proper internal channels
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Basic computer skills, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Customer service, hospitality, administrative, banking, healthcare, retail, or call center experience is a plus—but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour + performance-based commissions
- Typical earnings of $800-$1,000 per week
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
- Paid training

What You'll Be Doing
- Call existing clients throughout the recruiting process to check in and maintain strong communication
- Gather feedback on submitted candidates and completed interviews
- Follow up on outstanding client feedback
- Listen to client concerns, help de-escalate conversations, and communicate next steps
- Forward interview scheduling emails and other client updates
- Update shared Google Sheets and internal tracking documents
- Communicate important client information to the appropriate internal teams
