Position Summary: This is an exempt, full time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as otherwise arranged. The Quality Manager is responsible for the direction and development of robust quality processes, procedures, training, and records. Provide manufacturing support to production, including identification and correction of root causes for quality issues and challenges. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality and technical matters. Manage performance, adequacy and improvements to the Business Management System.

Key Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and improve quality processes, documents, records and training.
- Develop and manage inspection and test methods for receiving inspection, work in process, first articles, and finished goods using a variety of precision and inspection measuring instruments, recognize non-conforming parts.
- Lead all calibration processes and activities of test and measurement tools and fixtures.
- Maintenance of tooling, gauging, and calibration instruments.
- Manage process to address all external quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leads non-conformance and corrective action processes and activities.
- Oversees the making of production tooling and fixtures, and verification.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Science field, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality function in a manufacturing environment.
- Microsoft Office software programs and ERP programs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
