As a Team Member, you may work as part of our Service Team or Kitchen Team, helping create the exceptional experience our guests expect from CRISP & GREEN™. Whether you're engaging directly with guests, preparing ingredients, crafting menu items, or keeping our restaurant clean and organized, you play an important role in the success of our team.
Position Overview
Our Team Members are the heart of our restaurants and embody what it means to Live Crisp. You will work alongside your fellow #CRISPteam members to keep daily operations running smoothly while maintaining our high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Depending on your position and training, responsibilities may include guest service, food preparation, kitchen operations, and creating our signature salads, grain bowls, smoothies, and other menu items.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Work alongside your fellow #CRISPteam members to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and community
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food while following CRISP & GREEN™ recipes and standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Follow proper food handling, preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Learn our menu, common ingredients, dietary restrictions, allergens, and flavor profiles
- Become a master at creating our signature salads, grain bowls, smoothies, and other menu items
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers, fellow Team Members, and guests
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, prep, and restocking responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Commitment to maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or fast-casual experience
- Previous customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to consistently improve, learn new skills, and take on additional responsibilities

All positions start at $15.00 + tips.
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
