Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to learn and work in a fast paced cooking environment. Experience not required but is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure all dietary needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent food service to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.
