What You'll Do
No two days are the same! As a Wall Printer / Production Technician, you'll:
- Operate our state-of-the-art wall printing equipment at customer locations.
- Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure every print looks its best.
- Coordinate job details and help keep projects on schedule.
- Troubleshoot equipment and solve problems in the field.
- Communicate professionally with customers while on-site.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment.
- Capture photos and videos of completed projects for social media and marketing.
- Help maintain equipment, supplies, and an organized workspace.

- Is self-motivated and dependable.
- Enjoys working independently while also being part of a team.
- Is mechanically and technically minded.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Is comfortable learning new technology.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Likes variety and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day.
- Can lift and move equipment as needed.
- Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience with printing, construction, painting, signage, or production is a plus—but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
Compensation
- Training Pay: $18/hour
- Performance Pay: $3 per square foot printed
- Opportunity to produce 500+ square feet per week
