We are a well established Plaintiff solo practitioner firm who seeks a full time legal Assistant/ Paralegal with three to five years experience, preferably experience in personal injury. Ideal candidate is bilingual English and Spanish.
Candidates with prior personal injury / nursing home abuse experience have preference.
Duties for the Legal Assistant / Paralegal position include all types of litigation support including: Opening /closing files, ordering medical records and bills, drafting letters, calendaring clients, screening calls as well as many other duties.
