Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Deep clean guest rooms (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing) upon check-out and service occupied rooms.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Linen Management: Change bed linens, towels, and replace them with fresh ones.
- Restocking: Replenish amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and towels.
- Public Area Cleaning: Clean hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any damages, broken items, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Cart Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart.
Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and lift, bend, or push items up to 20–50 pounds.
- Time Management: Efficiently clean assigned rooms within a set timeframe.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
- Communication: Professional interaction with guests and staff
