Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Plumbers, Mechanics, and Helpers to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites, utilizing your plumbing, mechanical, and handyman skills to contribute to successful building projects. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to assemble piping and fixtures
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and mechanical plans
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor necessary for pipe installation and remodeling tasks
- Support welding, carpentry, and HVAC work as needed during construction projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, plumbing, or related trades preferred but not mandatory; training provided for eager learners
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and basic welding equipment
- Mechanical knowledge including understanding of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC systems
- Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation processes
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is a plus but not required
- Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous but not essential
