Eye Care Associates is looking for a full-time patient care coordinator to help with our very busy Optometry practice.

Job Duties Include:
- answering phones and questions
- greeting patients as they arrive
- checking patients in and out
- scheduling patients
- billing vision and medical insurances
- processing co-payments
- corresponding with specialists for patients
- helping the opticians and doctors as needed
- some cross training with other areas of our office
- communicating professionally with patients, staff, and doctors
We are looking for someone friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, as they will be the first point of contact with patients as they arrive and the last person they speak with before they leave. Experience in a medical practice and/or customer service is appreciated, however we are willing to train the right person.
