Payroll Administrator

Applicants must reside within 15 miles of Acworth, Georgia and be able to reliably commute to the office Monday through Friday.

- Minimum of five (5) years of previous QuickBooks Pro experience
- Previous payroll processing experience
- Ability to work in-office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
- Residence within 15 miles of Acworth, GA
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, credit history review, and drug screening

Position Summary
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, assisting with human resources functions, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, payroll knowledge, and extensive experience working with QuickBooks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of previous QuickBooks Pro experience required
- Payroll processing experience required
- Human Resources experience is a plus
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
- Calculate employee hours from timesheets and electronic timekeeping systems
- Enter and maintain employee information and personnel records
- Process payroll taxes and assist with quarterly reporting requirements
- Maintain compliance with payroll and labor regulations
- Assist with human resources administration
- Prepare and process client billing information
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
