Location: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility – Dayton, WA
Schedule: Per Diem | Variable Schedule
Compensation: $36.00 - $53.49 per hour + 10% Per Diem Increase
Sign-On Bonus: $3,750 for Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and leadership in our Assisted Living community. You’ll oversee medications, respond to emergencies, support residents’ health needs, and guide care staff to ensure quality service.

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license
- BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Monitor resident care and perform skilled nursing tasks
- Respond to emergencies and communicate with families and providers
- Complete assessments and maintain care documentation
- Supervise and support care staff, ensuring quality standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and shift coverage as needed
