Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician, where you will be at the forefront of creating comfortable, efficient indoor environments. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help clients enjoy reliable climate control while supporting property maintenance and mechanical systems. Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation equipment, and heating appliances according to schematics and HVAC design specifications
- Conduct system inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper operation of HVAC/R equipment
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical wiring diagrams for accurate installation and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues in HVAC systems and execute repairs efficiently in the field as a service technician or mechanic
- Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on system performance, repairs performed, and parts used for each job
- Operate a work van safely to transport tools, parts, and equipment between job sites
Skills
- Strong understanding of construction principles related to HVAC installation and property maintenance
- Proven experience as a service technician with knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately for installation and troubleshooting purposes
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing equipment repair
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles to optimize system performance in various property types
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; experience with maintenance of mechanical components like pumps or compressors is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites

Pay: $27.70 - $40.00 per hour
