Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook donuts using various baking and frying techniques, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Decorate donuts with icing, toppings, and fillings to create visually appealing products that delight customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Package finished baked goods efficiently for retail display or wholesale orders, ensuring freshness and hygiene
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and portioning dough
- Follow all food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent contamination
- Support high-volume production during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts, with a focus on baked goods or donuts preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with cake decorating techniques
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food packaging, catering, or restaurant operations in a high-volume setting
- Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with team members and customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining precision and cleanliness
- Culinary experience that includes cooking, food preparation, and kitchen organization is highly valued
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
