Shila Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our restaurant team. As a Server/Host, you will provide excellent guest service, assist customers throughout their dining experience, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional manner
- Explain menu items, Korean BBQ cooking procedures, and restaurant promotions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 18 years of age or over
