The Law Office of Joseph Perl is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed attorney to assist on an as-needed basis with civil litigation (general breach of contract matters) and judgment enforcement work both in state and federal court cases.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Conduct legal research
- Handle discovery and motion practice
- Assist with judgment enforcement matters
- Attend court hearings when necessary
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Qualifications
- Massachusetts law license in good standing
- Good people skills
- Civil litigation experience is a plus, but newer attorneys are welcomed to apply
Compensation
Work is on an as-needed contract basis with flexible hours. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience
Pay: $150.00 - $225.00 per hour
