Position Overview
The Ecommerce Growth Specialist will be responsible for growing La Meno's online sales by managing and optimizing our Shopify website, digital advertising, search visibility, and online marketplaces. This role combines ecommerce, digital marketing, website optimization, and data analysis to drive online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website to improve the customer shopping experience and increase online sales.
- Update homepage banners, landing pages, collections, product pages, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and website content.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Optimize Google Search through SEO, keyword research, and website content to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Monitor website analytics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
- Research jewelry trends, ecommerce best practices, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to launch new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or Shopify management.
- Experience managing Shopify websites.
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and ecommerce analytics.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
