Job Duties include
- Meet and greet guests at baggage claim area, or outside Customs for international arrivals.
- Ensure guest is on the appropriate transfer as indicated on the manifest sheets.
- Properly label the guest luggage with full name, name of the ship, cruise line, stateroom or suite.
- Guide guests to appropriate waiting area for ground transportation or bus loading zone.
- Take final head count of guests and note any issues (e, g, early flights, missing luggage/items, medical conditions)
- Direct guests with missing luggage to appropriate airline representative/counter,
