Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage scheduling, patient communications, and day-to-day front office operations.
Experience in a medical office, medspa, aesthetics practice, wellness clinic, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
- Follow up with leads and prospective patients
- Support treatment plan discussions and appointment conversions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with scheduling software, EMRs, or CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
