We’re hiring full-time, set-schedule Direct Support Professionals. These are hands-on roles where your work matters every single day. Paid training, regular coaching, and clear paths to promotion are included.
Partial Live-in (7-on / 7-off) Staff DSP — 2 openings

Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (base plus differentials) - higher depending on placement and experience

Schedule Summary: 7-on/7-off: Work seven days in a row, then seven days off. During the on-block you stay in agency-provided furnished housing and meals are provided. Shifts are typically 4-6 hours and land between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with scheduled overnight rest.

Give hands-on support with daily living skills and individual goals

Help with personal care, medication checks, and health needs as required

Watch for safety concerns and respond to incidents per crisis plans

Keep clear, accurate notes and follow individualized support plans

Create a steady, home-like environment that helps people thrive

High school diploma or GED required

Caregiving experience helpful, but not required - we train great people
