Position Overview
Swift-Click is the brand name for our online storefronts, which help clients manage their marketing and
printing needs.
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Web-to-Print Specialist
to support storefronts, customer orders, shipping, and print production.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with computers and software, learns new technology quickly, troubleshoots problems, works independently, and communicates effectively with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
Manage web-to-print storefronts, products, pricing, images, and content.
Assist customers with ordering and technical questions.
Review orders for accuracy before production.
Coordinate with sales, customers, and production to resolve issues.
Assist with inventory, product management, fulfillment, and shipping
Learn and use various software programs and online systems.
Perform other web-to-print and digital print production duties as needed.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Able to walk up and down stairs several times throughout the day.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
