Job Description:
Forklift Operators are responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts to move, stage, and load or unload materials throughout the plant and warehouse.

Safely operate a sit-down and/or stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials, pallets, and finished products throughout the facility.

Stage and organize raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and shipping requirements.

Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.

Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries to track inventory movement.

Follow all plant safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements:

Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Ability to safely lift up to approximately 50 lbs. and stand/move throughout a shift.

Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed.

Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug/physical screening, and any required client aptitude testing.
