The Role
We're seeking a reliable Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose and repair a range of commercial roofing systems. You'll work with modern equipment, quality materials, and experienced teammates while building expertise in TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform commercial roof inspections and accurately diagnose issues
• Complete quality repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems
• Document work performed and materials used for client records
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies - safety is non-negotiable
What You Need
• Construction experience preferred (On-the-job training is provided)
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Willingness to travel, season-dependent, within Missouri and nearby states
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and pre-employment drug screening
Schedule & Expectations
• Primary Schedule: Monday through Friday
• On-Call Rotation: One to two weekends per month for emergency service calls
• Paid Travel: Travel required within our service area.
