- Keep displays looking sharp and create the events
- Jump in on inventory, tidying, and team support
- Help newer teammates level up their game

- Smooth communication and killer customer service
- Comfort with negotiation, problem solving, and leadership
- Strong upselling instincts and a friendly, fearless attitude
- Bonus points for bilingual skills or leadership experience
