Holt Eye Care is seeking a motivated Optometric Technician to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Perform pre-testing and diagnostic testing including visual acuity, autorefraction, tonometry (IOP), lensometry, pupil testing, motility, dilation, color vision, and stereo testing
- Assist with advanced diagnostic imaging including OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), Optomap retinal imaging, visual fields testing, topography, pachymetry, and other ocular diagnostic testing
- Support providers with patient workups, charting, and clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) system
- Maintain efficient patient flow in a busy optometry clinic
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient history, testing, and clinical data
- Support a smooth and professional patient experience from check-in through exam completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, eye care, or a healthcare clinical setting preferred but not required
- Familiarity with optometric technician duties, ophthalmic assisting, or medical assisting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a healthcare career path
