As a Client Service Representative, you will meet with customers to discuss Verizon products and services, answer questions, and guide them through available options. Rather than simply processing transactions, our Client Service Representatives will act as a trusted resource who helps customers understand the value of Verizon's wireless services, internet solutions, and device offerings. Your ability to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations will be key to your success.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to discuss Verizon products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and budget.
- Drive new customer enrollments, sales, upgrades, and account expansions.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Present current promotions, device options, and service packages.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions when needed.
- Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately.
- Stay up to date on Verizon product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
