We are looking for a Smart Shading & Automation Specialist who is equal parts tech-savvy problem solver and precise craftsman. What You’ll Do (The Mission)
- Transform Spaces: Install premium, custom motorized window treatments, architectural shades, and drapery tracks with absolute precision.
- Bring Tech to Life: Program, test, and integrate motorized systems with smart home hubs, remotes, and automation systems.
- Be the Local Expert: Walk clients through their new systems, showing them how to control their shades with the touch of a button or a voice command.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly: No two windows or walls are exactly alike. You’ll use your critical thinking skills to overcome architectural quirks and ensure a flawless fit.
Who You Are
- You’re Tech-Adjacent: You don't need to be a software engineer, but you shouldn't be afraid of Wi-Fi configurations, apps, or low-voltage wiring.
- You Value Precision: "Good enough" isn’t in your vocabulary. You care about straight lines, clean finishes, and leaving a workspace cleaner than you found it.
- You’re a People Person: You will be the face of Automated Shading in our clients' homes and businesses. A polite, professional, and helpful attitude is a must.
- The Essentials: You have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and experience safely using basic power tools (drills, levels, cutting tools, and tape measures).

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
