Social Media Administrator
Location: Pearl District
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Position Overview
The Social Media Administrator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience to our brokers and staff. This position combines hands-on marketing execution with high-touch customer support, with a strong emphasis on social media coordination and modern marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Advisor & Office Support (Customer Service Is Key)
- Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for Lake Oswego advisors, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly support.
- Proactively maintain a highly organzied office atmosphere.
- Approach every interaction with a high level of care, patience, and attention to detail.
- Anticipate advisor needs when possible and proactively offer solutions.
- Provide administrative support to the Lake Oswego office while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and service-oriented environment.
Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate company and agent social media efforts using advanced social media management platforms. Onboard advisors with new related technology.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple social channels with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media & PR Strategist and Chief Marketing Officer to ensure brand standards are met.
- Identify featured listings, company initiatives, and agent highlights for social promotion.
- Create and customize social media graphics using approved templates and design tools.
- Track engagement, performance, and trends, and share clear insights with the marketing team.
- Support agents with social media best practices, posting strategies, and platform functionality in a clear, patient, and approachable manner.
- Develop digial content for email campaigns including monthly newsletters and content for the eight regions we serve in Oregon & SW WA.
Marketing Production & Digital Tools (secondary)
- Produce both templated and custom marketing materials, including:
- Property brochures
- Flyers and postcards
- Email newsletters
- Digital and social media graphics
- Support listing launch marketing services as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Demonstrate the value and functionality of company-provided marketing and technology tools.
- Provide training and ongoing support through one-on-one sessions, small groups, virtual meetings, and phone support, always prioritizing clarity and ease of use for the broker.
Data, Reporting & Projects
- Track broker activity and insights using internal programs with accuracy and consistency.
- Support the Chief Marketing Officer with special projects as needed.
Office & Team Support
- Assist with preparation for sales meetings, office events, and special projects.
- Maintain flyer displays with current and accurate property materials.
- Handle basic office duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, ordering supplies, and light organization, always with a professional and welcoming presence.
- Travel to other offices or company events as assigned.
- Provide coverage for other offices when needed.
Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain regular daily and weekly check-ins with leadership.
- Communicate clearly and proactively about workloads, deadlines, issues, and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across regions and departments with a solution-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50 - $26.50 per hour
