Order Fulfillment Specialist – Picking & Packing
Full-Time or Part-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Saturday Availability
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Encore Fulfillment is a rapidly growing 3PL fulfillment company located in Oklahoma City. We help our customers ship their products accurately, quickly, and with excellent service.
We currently have openings at both of our Oklahoma City locations near NW 36th & Santa Fe and NW 10th & Portland. Team members may be assigned to one location but may occasionally be asked to report to the other location as business needs require.

Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to do what it takes to serve our customers well.

Essential Functions
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently each business day.
- Follow specific order requirements for each Encore client.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including packing areas, aisles, floors, boxes, and trash.
- Restock product and put away inventory as needed.
- Work with urgency while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Schedule Expectations
This is a 1st shift position with Monday through Saturday availability. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
Because Encore’s commitment is to fulfill customer orders on time, team members may occasionally be asked to work additional hours during busy periods or special projects.
Education and Experience
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Word is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk throughout the day in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to read, count, and use basic math accurately.
- Able to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, reliable, and responsible.
- Able to respond to changing work needs each day.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
