Compensation
Counter: Pay is compensated significantly with tips. We offer a base wage ($8) + tips
Host: Pay is compensated significantly with tips. We offer a base wage of ($10) + tips
Availability
PM availability + weekends.
Your Role on Counter
- Make every guest feel special with warm, professional, and attentive service and presentation.
- Guide guests with product knowledge — from describing pastries to recommending favorites.
- Box and ring up purchases.
- Restock displays.
- Take phone, online, and café orders.
- Put the finishing touches on pastries and desserts (yes, some decorating too!).
- Greet and direct every guest with a welcoming smile
- Support health and safety standards — keeping our café sparkling and safe for everyone.
Qualifications
We prefer restaurant experience, but it is not required if you are outgoing, personable, and have a huge smile!
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and co-workers
- Hunger excellence
- A love for creating connections and making people's day
- Outgoing, personable, and always smiling — restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
