We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of our warehouse operations, helping ensure products are received, stocked, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise
- Replenish and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier weights with assistance when needed
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable using handheld computer devices
- Ability to safely work from ladders
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or stocking experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
