About Us & Our Mission
At Harmony Communities, we don't just manage properties we build, support, and sustain places people are proud to call home. Since 2004, we’ve grown to operate a West Coast portfolio of over 70 manufactured housing communities, serving more than 10,000 residents. Our mission is to provide stable, vibrant neighborhoods where individuals and families can thrive.
While our impact is widespread, our home office functions like a close knit family. We’ve cultivated a warm, small-office vibe where every voice matters and everyone genuinely enjoys the work they do. We don't believe in clock watching or micromanagement; instead, we offer you the true autonomy to shape your workflow, solve creative problems, and own your role.
We’ve built a remarkably stable home for our career minded team members even during the great recession, we continued to expand and hire. With goals to add 10 new properties to our portfolio each year, your growth potential here is as steady as our track record.
