Jefferson Fine Home Builders is seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team building and remodeling some of Bainbridge Island's finest custom homes.

Our work includes speculative homes, custom homes, major remodels, detailed finish carpentry, exterior siding and trim packages, deck construction, and projects that demand a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
We are looking for a skilled carpenter with strong siding, trim, and finish carpentry experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate can work independently, maintain a professional jobsite, and is interested in building a long-term career with a stable and respected local builder.
What We Offer
- $35–$45 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Siding and exterior finish work
- Interior trim and finish carpentry
- Deck construction, exterior stairs, and railings
- General residential carpentry
- Reading plans and executing work independently
- Assisting with all phases of custom home construction and remodeling
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Strong siding, exterior trim, and finish carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials safely
- Personal hand tools appropriate for the position
