We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and entrepreneurial Fractional Controller / Finance Manager to help guide the financial growth of our company

Responsibilities
- Manage company financial operations.
- Maintain and oversee QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Manage cash flow forecasting.
- Develop project financial models.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Assist with investor and lender reporting.
- Coordinate with CPAs and tax professionals.
- Track project costs and grant funding.
- Support government contracting compliance.
- Assist with acquisition and project finance transactions.
- Develop executive financial dashboards.
Qualifications
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years accounting or controller experience.
- Strong QuickBooks experience.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Experience with project-based accounting.
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, government contracting, or infrastructure preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
