Key Responsibilities:
- Perform drive tests and walk tests to evaluate wireless network performance and coverage.
- Collect, process, and analyze RF measurement data using industry-standard tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to coverage, interference, call drops, handovers, throughput, and accessibility.
- Prepare detailed reports on network performance, findings, and optimization recommendations.
- Support network optimization teams by providing field measurement data and analysis.
- Validate new site integrations, parameter changes, and network upgrades.
- Conduct benchmark testing against competitor networks when required.
- Coordinate with RF Planning, Optimization, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure drive test equipment and software are properly configured and maintained.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test routes, results, and observations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in network optimization and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting or data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in field environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
