JARC Florida is hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, structured group home environment. Our mission is to help extraordinary individuals live ordinary lives.

What You’ll Do
-
Support residents with daily living skills to provide personal care, hygiene, cooking, housekeeping.

Assist residents with independence, life skills, and social skills.

Build positive relationships and support emotional well‑being.

Help with medication administration (training provided).

Complete documentation: notes, reports, communication logs.

Support Judaic programming and maintain JARC policies.
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
Schedule
-
Mondays - Fridays: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Steady, predictable hours every week.
Requirements

Valid Florida Driver’s License

High School Diploma or GED.

Able to pass background check & drug screening.

Experience as a caregiver or in human services preferred.

Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification is a plus.

Ability to lift/move 10–15 lbs. and assist in emergencies.
