About Sparrow Funding
Sparrow Funding is a proprietary trading firm built to provide traders with access to simulated funded trading opportunities, structured risk management environments, and tools designed to help traders improve their performance.
We are looking for a Trader Outreach Specialist to help introduce new traders to the world of proprietary trading and educate them about our platform, evaluation process, and trading community.
Role Overview
This role is focused on connecting with aspiring traders, answering questions, sharing information about the prop trading model, and helping interested traders understand how Sparrow Funding works.
You will act as a bridge between the trading community and our platform by helping traders discover opportunities, resources, and tools available to them.
Responsibilities
Engage with traders interested in learning more about proprietary trading
Educate potential users on how prop firms operate and how evaluations work
Share information about Sparrow Funding programs, features, and community resources
Help guide interested traders through the signup process
Build relationships with trading communities across social media, forums, and online groups
Collect feedback from traders to help improve the user experience
Support community growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Strong interest in trading, investing, or financial markets
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with new people online
Ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
Preferred Experience
Trading experience in forex, stocks, futures, or crypto
Experience managing online communities
Sales, customer support, marketing, or affiliate experience
Knowledge of proprietary trading firms
