Maintenance Technician
Successful candidate must perform repairs on apartments, perform daily as well as a preventative maintenance program on the property.
Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
Successful individual will be able to work independently and maintain the buildings and common areas in the best condition at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
Working knowledge of tools and appliances.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes.
Proficient in Basic Carpentry
Minor Plumbing Skills
Minor Electrical Skills
Appliance Repair Skills
Wall Repair
Painting
Basic Carpentry
Sprinkler Repair
Ability to work in a timely manner.
Successful candidate will be able to pass a background check and random drug screening.
Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
