We are a nationally renowned restoration contractor specializing exclusively in vintage steel windows and doors. Our work spans high-end residences, historic properties, and architectural landmarks throughout the tri-state area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Repairing steel window and door mechanics
- Servicing and restoring vintage hardware and hinges
- General disassembly, reassembly, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Installation of new locksets (including drilling/tapping steel)
- Replacing rotted steel sections; welding or brazing new steel
- Assisting in fabrication of new steel windows and doors at our Peekskill workshop
- Maintaining shop tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner
Requirements:
- Experience with power tools (drill, grinder, dremel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and follow-through
- Comfort working at heights (extension ladders etc.)
- Experience with carpentry is a plus
- Welding experience required
- Fabrication experience a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (carpooling available for NYC sites)
- Comfortable working in high-end homes and interfacing with clients
